If you've stopped by my blog over the past few weeks, you may have noticed a significant reduction in my activity. Now that I've been blogging for almost 5 years (since July 2008), I've learned that every once in a while I need a major break. This is one of those times. For now, I'm just keeping up with my regular features - My monthly FAMILY x 12 Blog Hop and our 4 PHOTOS 4 WAYS Photography Challenge (see the button on my sidebar for more details). Project Life posts and other crafty things and everyday life will be back soon.
This month there weren't any huge milestones or special events, so we have just ONE family photo and it is silly & full of life. I love it - blurriness and all. I love that all three boys were such good sports when I called them all outside and told them what were were about to do. They were patient as we gave it a few tries until we got a fairly decent one. My family's the best!
Thanks for stopping by! Our next and ONLY blog hop participant this month is RUTH. Please pop over to her blog to see what she has been up to with her family.
a lovely fun photo Margie x

I will miss your PL posts, I love seeing how you incorporate your hand carved stamps. But I can relate to needing a break, I too have been blogging since 2008 and am always in the process of trying to cut back. I just recently stopped doing my weekly craft themed link up party, which has been the major commitment that was holding me back. I hope to focus more on family this summer. Enjoy your break!

Enjoy your break Margie - everyone needs a rest now and then.
Not an easy task to get four men to cooperate, smile and stay still all at the same time. Well done and lovely photo :-)

Katie, that is so sweet of you to say. Thanks for your comment! I do hope to be back with PL soon. I am starting to feel the pull so that is a good. I just need summer to get here. It has been an intense school year.

It's important to have a break every now and again, I've done exactly the same... Although I never expected to take a year off but it was definitely needed :)
