Welcome to Week 15 of my Project Life! I am still keeping up as hoped and taking at least one photo a day. I have not missed a day yet! I can't believe it. It is the first time in three+ years. Hurray!
This week was spring break for our kids so we went camping. We had not been since before we moved to China so the kids were incredibly excited and my husband and I were a little rusty. We couldn't remember exactly what supplies were stored away in our camping bins. But we quickly found out and despite being a bit cold the first night, it was like riding a bike... that is until I got food poisoning the first morning. We traced it back to a stop on the way up - not from camping food!
I did manage to complete my March Day in the Life as well as the hole in my layout last week. I've even taken photos, but because it is so late and I need my sleep, I'll post those next week!

Great spread! Love how you added journaling on the pictures around the edge of the one and around the SUnday circle. Cute! And I love the sunburst card! I need more sunbursts in my album...

How fun! Boys just love camping. Spring break is the perfect time for it too. Looks like a great trip. Nothing better than hot cocoa and camping ;0)

Yes, camping and boys go together quite well! It is the one place they don't get in trouble for being loud (most of the time)! :)

Thank you. I've been writing on my pictures more and more lately. It is a quick and easy. I never thought I was a fan of the sunburst but I find myself using it a lot in my album. It helps that I made myself a sunburst stamp because then I can make it in any color I want! :)

Thanks, Lisa! Yes, being sick was not fun but I recovered quickly so it wasn't too bad.

Cool pages, sorry to hear of the food poisoning though, but glad it didn't ruin your trip

Sorry to hear about the food poisoning. I guess living in China increases that possibility ;)

I just love going camping!!
It really seems like you had a great time. Love all the photos from the woods and the campfire looks so cosy. :) Love all the DIY stamps you have used and the colors too. :)

Thanks! I'm back in the States now and you are right about more possibilities of food poisoning in China because I had my share of it there too. You'd think I'd be safe coming back home - haha! It was at a Chinese fast food restaurant, though. Kind of ironic. :)

Yes, camping is definitely fun and we all love being in the outdoors. Hiking and campfire cooking are my favorite parts.

Thanks, Tina. Yes, I bounced back quickly enough, so I can't do too much complaining.

Camping looks like SO much fun. I can't wait till my boys are a little older so that we can all try it together. I've been a few times, but not with much success. I'm sorry you got sick!
Love your layout, the title card is beautiful.
