Ice Cream For Breakfast Day is Tomorrow!!!

Katie Scott, a person I know the blog world is spreading the word for her friend whose husband died of cancer last year.

In his honor, they are spreading the word that March 21st is ICE CREAM FOR BREAKFAST DAY.

What a fantastic reason for a holiday.

Not only is ice cream my favorite food on the planet, but I lost my father to cancer in 1989 to colon cancer when I was only 20 years old. I am happy to have ice cream for breakfast tomorrow morning in honor of his memory. You see, he was a lover of ice cream too.

I'm sure my kids will be more than happy to join along. Perhaps we will have rocky road since that was my Dad's favorite flavor.
