In China, Halloween is not celebrated, however, there is a growing group of expats who host kids for trick or treating. They typically do it on a weekend, though, so it doesn't interfere with school or work.

I had leftover cupcakes from International Day, so Nicholas made this one from memory. Can you tell what it is? Mashed potatoes. The pat of butter is a Starburst and the chives are slices of green Twizzlers. Pretty cute, no?
