Mon: Falafel & Singaporean Chicken Curry
Tues: Salmon Cakes
Wed: Lasagne - beef (slow cooker?)
Thurs: Lemon Chicken & broccoli
Fri: Leftovers for kids/Mom & Dad go out
Sat/Sun: Chicken Chili (slow cooker)
I have had falafel and salmon cakes on the menu for the past two weeks and they keep getting bumped. This week I hope to really make them! At least I have everything I need for them. The pita has gotten thrown in the freezer so they wouldn't go bad!
I will try to update this post soon with a recipe or two or at least the cookbooks where I get them from and anything I do to make them taste better or adjust them so they are heathIER.

I don't menu plan, but I think now that we will be back on a schedule I might try it. Hoping it will help me focus on healthier eating.

This is my fourth week and so far it is really helping us get back on track to eating healthier.
