Best Shot Wednesday 4 Isn't this little child absolutely adorable?? In China, the way the children are dressed, you can never be sure if the child is a boy or a girl just from their clothes. I refer to this cutie pie as a 'she', but I honestly don't know if that is accurate. Please bear with me!
