Fire Safety Propaganda Day

I bet you didn't know that today is Fire Safety Propaganda Day! Or so the flyer posted in the elevator says. I have the feeling the English wasn't translated exactly right. Either that or their use of the word 'propaganda' is quite a bit different than ours. I think here it is a positive thing. Especially when you are the one trying to spread it.
