I really enjoyed filling out Week 5 about 7 weeks ago or so. I checked back in at Mooreaseal recently and loved the list for this week, Week 9. So I'm participating again.

listening: still enjoying silence at the gym & NPR on the radio and the occasional stop on a music station
reading: A Simple Act of Gratitude & Silver Lining Playbook
eating: Shepherds Pie (using ground turkey), tacos, rotisserie chicken, Healthy Choice chocolat bars, quinoa
drinking: water (but not enough), coffee (half-caf) my caffeine consumption has climbed toooo high, green smoothies
wearing: My dark jeans, my favorite black and brown casual boots, my pink sweater,
feeling: creative & inspired, frustrated, ready, hopeful
weather: clear and warm, with a few days of cold
wanting: to find out already and make progress!
needing: better meals and meal planning & more time to cook!
thinking: I need to refocus my energy on gratitude and at the same time thinking I am lucky to have such a great family
enjoying: my kids and being more involved in their lives now that we are back in the States and it is normal for parents to volunteer at school and be around their kids (i.e., waiting/observing during lessons & practices & games, etc)
